Rules for using Sporterra
Last updated 4 September 2026. By using Sporterra you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Sporterra provides tools for cricket clubs and turf operators. We do not own club sessions or turf facilities unless we say otherwise. Clubs and turf operators are responsible for their own schedules, fees, amenities, and on-ground arrangements.
You must provide accurate information and keep your phone login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not create accounts for others without permission.
Club admins manage membership and sessions. Booking a turf creates a request or confirmation between the club and the turf operator. Fees, cancellations, and refunds are between those parties unless Sporterra explicitly processes a payment.
Only claim or list a turf you operate. False claims, misleading amenities, or spam listings may lead to removal and account limits. Sporterra may review ownership disputes but does not automatically transfer ownership.
Do not abuse the service, harass others, scrape data, break the law, or interfere with security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Sporterra is not liable for indirect losses, missed sessions, turf condition, or disputes between clubs and turf operators.
