How the club and Pitch work.
Club
What is Sporterra?
The club app for weekly cricket. Organise, play, and settle. Same account as Pitch.
Who runs a club?
A couple of people as admins. They put the session up, score, and Pay. Everyone else taps I'm going, follows live, and pays their share.
How do I join a club?
Open the invite. Sign in with your phone. Wait if an admin must approve.
Where are the iPhone and Android apps?
iPhone is on the App Store. Android is on Google Play. Pitch is on the web.
Session
What happens at a session?
I'm going. See the sides. Follow live. Then pay your share.
How do we follow the score?
Admins prepare the fixture from Teams, then toss from 30 minutes before the session. Everyone else opens View fixture, then View score once play starts.
Ground
What is Pitch?
Clubs request slots. Owners confirm them.
How do clubs book a turf?
An admin opens Explore, then Turfs, picks a slot, and waits for the turf to confirm.
What does Pending mean?
The turf has not confirmed yet. Confirmed means the slot is yours. Declined means pick another.
How do I list or claim a ground?
Find your listing or add one. If the listing phone is yours, claim with SMS OTP. Then set rates and confirm requests.
What do I get after I claim?
Insights and Grow. Sales, quiet hours, ideas to fill them, and a break-even on what you put in.
Account
I did not get an OTP.
Try again in Chrome if you can. Turn off blockers. Still stuck? Use the address below.
Include your phone and club or turf name. Never send OTPs.
To delete your account, open Profile, then Delete account.
