Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, photos you choose for a player or club profile, club membership details, booking and session activity, scores you record, turf listing details you provide, device tokens for alerts, and messages you send to support. If you tap Near me on Pitch, we collect your location while that screen is open so nearby turfs can appear first. If you join the app waitlist on our website, we store your phone number and whether you asked for iPhone or Android.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your account, run clubs and sessions, process turf bookings and claims, show availability, send session alerts you opt into, show Home Screen widgets for your next session and amount due, improve the product, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. Waitlist numbers and the platform you choose are used to tell you when that app is available.
Sharing
Clubmates see names, photos, RSVP, sides, scores, and pay status for that club. Phone numbers are visible to you and to club admins, not to every member. Turf operators see booking requests for their ground. We use service providers for hosting, authentication, and messaging. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep account and booking records while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes. Waitlist numbers are kept until the apps launch and for a short time after. Delete your account in Profile. Email support to leave the waitlist.
Your choices
You can update profile details in the app, leave a club from My clubs, or delete your account from Profile. Turn off location, photos, and notifications in device Settings. Remove widgets at any time. Email support to leave the app waitlist. Some data may remain in backups or where we must keep it for legal reasons.
