Community guidelines
How we expect people to behave
Last updated 4 September 2026. These guidelines apply to clubs, players, and turf operators on Sporterra.
Be honest
Use your real name for club play when required. Do not fake bookings, claim turfs you do not operate, or misrepresent amenities and rates.
Keep it cricket
Use Sporterra for club cricket, sessions, and turf booking. Do not spam invites, scrape directories, or use the app to advertise unrelated products.
Safety
Follow ground rules and local law. Report a person from their profile: open More, then Report. You can also block them so their photo is hidden for you. In an emergency, contact local authorities first.
Enforcement
We may warn, limit, or remove accounts and listings that break these guidelines or our Terms of Use.
